Indian head massage encourages relaxation, soothes tense muscles and lifts the mood. It improves blood supply to skin and scalp, increases lymph circulation and stimulates endorphin release from the brain. All of these help you to combat tension in the jaw, eye strain, headaches and promotes a restful sleep.

Bars

The Bars are 32 points on the head, which when gently touched activate bars of energy which help to dissipate any limiting points of view, beliefs, thoughts, feelings or emotions that might be keeping you stuck and are no longer serving you. It’s like hitting the delete button on your computer when you are defragging it. A beautiful relaxing, nurturing treatment that can, when run regularly help with confidence, self esteem, better relationships and generally more ease in your life. It takes approximately 50 minutes, at the very least you will feel relaxed and less stressed, or your whole life could change.
